Our outpatient services focus on personalized, client-centered care delivered via secure telehealth platforms. • Conduct secure and confidential telehealth counseling sessions, utilizing our designated telehealth platform to maintain a safe environment for client discussions.
• Perform comprehensive mental health assessments to identify client needs, followed by the development of personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering resilience and achieving therapeutic goals.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, addressing a variety of emotional, psychological, and behavioral issues, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related conditions.
• Respond to crisis situations with immediate support measures to ensure client safety and stability, effectively managing interventions in high-stress scenarios.
• Maintain accurate client documentation, including electronic health records, progress notes, and treatment plans, in compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
• Provide education on mental health conditions and coping strategies to clients, empowering them to take a proactive role in their mental health management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure holistic care for clients, enhancing the effectiveness of treatment through multidimensional approaches.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about best practices, emerging technologies, and current trends in mental health counseling.

You will primarily work with adults struggling with a wide range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to meet clients where they are in their mental health journey and provide tailored support that encourages growth and healing.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State, enabling you to provide counseling services within our practice.
• A minimum of a Master's degree in counseling or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in psychological principles and therapeutic techniques.
• At least two years of relevant clinical experience in mental health counseling, showcasing your ability to effectively engage and support clients.
• Proven proficiency with telehealth technology and platforms, ensuring seamless and effective client interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, vital for building rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• A deep commitment to ethical counseling practices, including maintaining confidentiality and fostering trust with clients.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and responsibility in a remote environment.
• Availability to accommodate flexible scheduling, ensuring access for clients across multiple time zones.

• Prior experience providing telehealth counseling services, demonstrating familiarity with virtual therapeutic practices.
• Enhanced understanding and implementation of evidence-based practices relevant to diverse populations.

We offer a competitive salary ranging between $80,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
