Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, coupled with attention to detail and organizational abilities, help optometrists connect with patients and manage care efficiently. These competencies are vital for delivering high-quality eye care in a fast-paced retail clinic while ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
