Avenir Women’s Health, our flagship hospitalist program, supports two robust hospitals in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.  We are an OB hospitalist program that is patient-focused and evidence-based.  We strive to provide an optimal level of care placing emphasis on patient safety, quality, and customer service.  We are redefining the future of women’s health.
 Hera Women’s Health is a national collaborative practice of professionals advancing the next era of women’s health. As an innovative women's healthcare group in Nevada, we are looking to add superior OBGYN hospitalists to our already impressive roster of providers. In our groundbreaking model you will not only be supported by fellow hospitalists and practice OBGYNs, but also one of the largest MFM community practices in the country. Through a combination of value-based results and efficient protocols, we aim to provide better outcomes which exceed the standard of care and result in better outcomes for patient and baby. 
We are seeking skilled, compassionate, friendly and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our growing practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
You will enjoy:

  • 2026 shift rates, $1650-$2090

  • Fetal monitoring certification
  • Transvaginal cervical length (TVCL) assessment training with our MFMs
  • BLS certification

  • Basic OB ultrasound skills training with our MFMs
  • Implicit bias training to reduce provider-related healthcare inequity
  • Link to MFM practice with excellent infrastructure with EHR, voice dictation, PACS, genetic counselors, advanced practitioners, and top-of-the-line ultrasound equipment and specialists trained in detailed anatomic ultrasound, and fetal echocardiography.

Requirements:

  • Medical degree from an accredited medical school
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Minimum 2 years' experience OB/GYN
  • Valid medical license/ability to get medical license to practice in the state of Nevada
  • Proven experience as an OB/GYN Physician
  • Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate patient care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working on a team
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
