Siding Foreman

We are looking for a customer- oriented, experienced and motivated Siding Foreman to join our team. As a Siding Foreman your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of your crew and supporting all customers in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 5 year residential roofing experience

  • Drivers license and own transportation

  • Be able to tow a trailer

  • Operate a forklift and Equipter

  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Google workspace and ability to learn new computerized systems and programs

  • Ability to work with diverse customers and colleagues

  • Positive and professional demeanor

Responsibilities:

Not limited to-

This position will have email and telephone contact with customers, internal team, dealers/distributors to support customer needs effectively, efficiently and in compliance with company procedure.

  • Drive truck and equipment to the job site

  • Managing all communications with customer and work-crew

  • Running an Equipter on job site for the work-crew

  • Provide customer service to customers that exceeds expectations to both internal and external clients.

  • Preparing customer documents ie: proposals/estimate, invoices
