Description

As a Siding Installer at Lakeside Renovation & Design, you'll play a crucial role in transforming homes and delivering top-notch craftsmanship. Working closely with our Project Manager, you'll ensure the seamless execution of projects while embodying Lakeside's Values and Mission to redefine the construction industry experience. 


Reports to: Siding Crew Leader.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:  

  • Communication: Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job-specific tasks. 
  • Execution: Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader. 
  • Craftsmanship: Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc. 
  • Precision: Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim. 
  • Learning Culture: Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge. 
  • Leadership: Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices. 
  • Safety:Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site. 
  • Adaptability: Embrace additional duties that may arise beyond the job description. 

Requirements

  • Experience: Hiring entry level to skilled crew lead positions  
  • License: Hold a valid driver's license for your convenience. 
  • Strength: Exhibit the ability to handle job site equipment and perform heavy labor. 
  • Safety: Climb ladders with confidence and pass required drug screenings and background checks.
