As a Siding Installer at Lakeside Renovation & Design, you'll play a crucial role in transforming homes and delivering top-notch craftsmanship. Working closely with our Project Manager, you'll ensure the seamless execution of projects while embodying Lakeside's Values and Mission to redefine the construction industry experience.
Reports to: Siding Crew Leader.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Communication: Follow daily instructions from the Crew Leader, ensuring clarity on job-specific tasks.
  • Execution: Carry out assigned tasks diligently and report progress to the Crew Leader.
  • Craftsmanship: Provide professional siding installation experiences, showcasing skills in cutting, weatherproofing, installing, sealing, measuring, taping, etc.
  • Precision: Accurately measure, fabricate, and install siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
  • Learning Culture: Demonstrate a passion for continuous learning and career growth, staying updated on product knowledge.
  • Leadership: Display a willingness to train and supervise laborers and apprentices.
  • Safety:Prioritize safety by maintaining a clean and secure job site.
  • Adaptability: Embrace additional duties that may arise beyond the job description.
