Job description

By working together in a spirit of cooperation and teamwork, our dealership will be unsurpassed for its quality, integrity, and service.

We are looking for an outgoing person to shuttle our guests. Your primary duty will be to drive the shuttle vehicle and provide another level of customer service to our guests. On your down time you will be asked to assist in keeping the service area clean and presentable. Duties such as starting coffee in the morning, cleaning the guest drive in area, parking cars, and putting seat covers and floor mats in cars are a few examples of (but not limited to) what will be expected when you are not driving.

We are looking for a start time of 7AM and Monday through Friday. We can be a bit flexible with your shift's ending time as somewhere between 2pm - 4pm is what we are looking for.

Responsibilities

  • Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.
  • Uses good judgment and safe driving skills.
  • Keeps a timely shuttle route.
  • Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles.
  • Operates radio or similar device to communicate with the dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.
  • Keeps a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point.
  • Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.
