Compensation: $60,000 โ€“ $65,000 + Bonus
Location: Orlando, FL | Onsite

Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Generalist
  • Maintain and administer the organization's HRIS, ensuring employee data accuracy and reporting integrity
  • Support payroll processing and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration
  • Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, status changes, open enrollment, and employee communications
  • Assist with full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation
  • Generate HR reports, analyze workforce data, and support HR metrics and reporting
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Serve as a resource for employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment questions
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, HR projects, and process improvements
  • Assist with annual performance review administration and other HR programs

Qualifications for the Human Resource Generalist
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in a Generalist or HR Coordinator role
  • Experience administering HRIS systems (UKG strongly preferred)
  • Experience supporting payroll and employee benefits administration
  • Experience with recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and reporting skills with the ability to generate and analyze HR data
  • Experience working in a smaller or mid-sized organization where wearing multiple hats was required is highly preferred
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is a plus
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
