Duration: 12 Months  


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Understanding of cross-functional processes and process improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • IHRIM and/or SHRM certification
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or Call Center environment
  • Experience with Workday or other HR systems
  • Knowledge of case management systems and HR Portal technology
