How you’ll make an impact in this role
  • Partner closely with your RN preceptor to deliver seamless, person-centered care while mastering the clinical workflows of your unit.

  • Advocate for your patients by monitoring and communicating real-time status changes, ensuring the care team can pivot quickly to meet patient needs.

  • Assist with physician and nursing care plans with precision, directly contributing to the safety and recovery of those in your care.

  • Cultivate your clinical judgment through structured transition-to-practice experiences, turning complex medical theory into confident, bedside expertise.


What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking
  • Less than one year of RN experience
