Position Summary
Shrine Catholic High School amp; Academy seeks an energetic, organized, and relationship-focused Admissions Coordinator to support student recruitment, enrollment growth, and family engagement. This highly visible position serves as a primary ambassador for Shrine, guiding prospective families through the admissions process while coordinating recruitment events, marketing initiatives, student visit programs, and admissions communications.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with exceptional communication and organizational skills who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building meaningful relationships with students, parents, Catholic grade schools, and the broader community.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary contact for prospective families throughout the admissions and enrollment process.
  • Assist families with applications, enrollment requirements, and admissions inquiries.
  • Develop and distribute admissions communications through email marketing platforms, social media, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with school administration and marketing personnel to promote Shrine Catholic High School amp; Academy.
  • Plan, organize, and execute admissions and recruitment events.
  • Coordinate and manage student shadow visits and visit day experiences.
  • Coordinate Parent and Student Ambassadors
  • Organize acceptance materials, admissions packets, and welcome initiatives.
  • Assist and support front office staff as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience in admissions, enrollment management, education, marketing, communications, event planning, or related fields preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, email marketing platforms, and database systems.
  • Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for admissions events.
  • Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education.
