Description
Position Summary
Showplace is looking for a detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to help produce high-quality cabinetry products. In this role, you will apply stains, sealers, toners, varnishes, and other finishing materials while ensuring products meet our quality standards. Team members are expected to follow established procedures, maintain a clean and safe work area, and rotate between various finishing positions as needed.
Essential Functions
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Apply stains, sealers, toners, and top coats to cabinetry products
  • Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow work instructions and production schedules
  • Handle hazardous materials and hazardous waste safely
  • Properly catalyze and decatalyze finishing products
  • Repair minor product defects and assist with basic finishing equipment maintenance
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Rotate between various finishing department positions as needed

Work Schedule
  • Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM until production is complete (no later than 5:00 PM)
  • Occasional Saturdays: Rare, as needed
