As a Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator, come join our community of collaborative, high-quality clinical, business and operations professionals.
We are looking for a new team member that is self-motivated, driven, great with multi-tasking and loves providing great customer service to our wonderful dental patients!
The ideal candidate needs to be efficient at submitting insurance claims, posting insurance payments, and have solid overall front office knowledge.
Full Time Dental Front Desk Coordinator Schedule:
Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, (9:15am - 5:00pm) and 2 Saturdays a Month (9:45am - 2:00pm), as scheduled with Office Manager

Responsibilities
  • Submitting insurance claims, posting insurance payments, and have solid overall front office knowledge
  • Welcome and greet patients for positive first impressions
  • Patient check in/out
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Coordinating patient payments
  • Answers incoming calls
  • Confirm appointments
  • Confirming patient information and gathering needed patient documentation
  • Brief patients on treatment plans and practice's policies
  • Presenting treatment plans
  • Knowledge of case acceptances, budgeting, and insurance

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required
  • 2 or more years dental front office experience preferred
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new programs
