Role Details

Location: US-AZ-TUCSON-807 ~ 1151 E Hermans Rd ~ BLDG 807.

Hybrid role; Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

Salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.

The CGO annual capacitization investment expenditures are forecasted to be more than $2B with anticipated total value of >$10B over five years.

The Capacity Growth Office (CGO) Business Office is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to join a team managing capacitization investments valued at over $10B. Raytheon's customers need increased volumes of munitions and other defense products driving a need for substantial investment both internally and across Raytheon's supply base. This high-visibility role will be part of a team of analysts with similar investment oversight.

The CGO Execution Financial Analyst position offers an exciting opportunity to join a team that is focused on one of the most critical business priorities. It also offers an opportunity to those with urgently needed financial skills to lend their ability to a critical national defense priority.

This Financial Analyst will serve as a critical business partner by providing the analysis, insight and guidance to enable strategic decision making and achieve bottom-line results.

What You Will Do
  • Help maintain EVMS requirements for capacitization investments, develop, present and defend quarterly Estimates at Complete (EAC), and support related financial forecasting.
  • Analyze EV metrics including weekly/monthly costs incurred and provide associated leading indicator guidance to CGO leadership and Business management.
  • The projects have material and manufacturing development, which offers the experience of integrating and managing large suppliers.
  • Communicate effectively with Cost Account Managers (CAMs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads, CGO and Finance leadership.
  • Use SAP APEX EVMS / PM tool suite.
Qualifications
  • Typically requires a Bachelorโ€™s and a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and a minimum of 3 years experience.
  • Experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations, etc.).
  • Experience with MS Office (ex. Excel, Work and/or PowerPoint).
We Prefer
  • Experience in EVMS baselining, implementation, maintenance and surveillance.
  • Experience with SAP including PRISM MRP.
  • Strong presentation, communication, professional skills and the ability to work independently and with some supervision and oversight.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • Experience with Raytheon Program Management (PM) Tool Suite.
  • Ability to perform work without appreciable direction.
