Job description

The Office Coordinator with EDI Experience plays a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations by managing office tasks and specialized EDI processes. This individual will support operational activities, vendor relationships, and process improvements while leveraging tools like Shopify, QuickBooks, and Office 365. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute effectively within a collaborative team environment without travel requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office administration and scheduling
  • Oversee Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes and software
  • Handle Shopify operations and inventory coordination
  • Process financial data using QuickBooks
