  • Schedule:Full-time, Monday-Friday
    • This role is primarily on-site and offers flexibility in how work gets done. After a successful ramp-up period, there may be potential for 1-2 remote workdays per week based on business needs and performance.

What You’ll Do:

As Acre Forge's dedicated marketing leader, you'll have the opportunity to own and shape the company's marketing function, building brand awareness, driving customer growth, and executing initiatives that support business goals. You'll lead marketing efforts from strategy through execution, including major product launches, while helping lay the foundation for Acre Forge's long-term growth.

A typical day will consist of:

  • Developing and executing brand and growth marketing campaigns across digital and organic channels
  • Leading marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for new product line launches
  • Creating compelling content for email campaigns, website copy, social media, product launches, and promotional initiatives
  • Managing content calendars and coordinating campaign timelines
  • Monitoring marketing performance and using analytics to optimize results
  • Partnering with company leadership and production teams to tell authentic product and brand stories
  • Identifying opportunities to grow customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and online sales
  • Establishing marketing processes, reporting practices, and foundational KPIs
  • Contributing strategic recommendations that support future business growth and scalability
  • Other duties as assigned
