Job description

Description:

About Us

Entertainment Retail Enterprises is a leading design, manufacturing, and distribution company for some of the world’s most iconic brands and retailers — including Disney, Ford, Legendary Whitetails, Amazon, M&M’s, and Krispy Kreme. For over 20 years, we’ve built a reliable, fast-moving environment where talented people do their best work. We’ve recently expanded our distribution centers by 90,000 square feet and are growing our team to match. We offer competitive pay, generous benefits, and real room to grow. If you’re a self-starter with a positive attitude and sharp attention to detail, come build something great with us.

About the Role

We’re looking for an E-Commerce Specialist who lives at the intersection of digital merchandising and web development. This is not a pure catalog role — you’ll be equally responsible for identifying, proposing, and implementing technical improvements to our Shopify storefronts. Half your time will be spent managing product listings, catalog data, and content quality. The other half will be hands-on development: customizing themes, building or extending app functionality, running A/B tests, and shipping features that improve the customer experience. You’ll work across multiple branded storefronts, collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and product teams, and own projects from discovery through deployment.

Catalog & Listing Management

  • Own new product listing creation, optimization, and ongoing quality assurance across multiple Shopify storefronts
  • Manage A+ content, listing enhancements, and structured data imports (CSV and bulk uploads)
  • Monitor and resolve listing errors, broken content, and catalog data discrepancies
  • Manage website search and discovery configuration to maximize product findability
  • Support the brand master catalog and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Report on listing performance and project status to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain project timelines in Asana and JIRA, keeping creative, technical, and marketing teams aligned

Development & Technical Ownership

  • Identify friction points and site errors using tools like Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Noibu — then implement fixes, not just surface them
  • Customize Shopify themes (Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support new features and brand requirements
  • Research, evaluate, install, and configure Shopify apps; build lightweight custom solutions when off-the-shelf tools fall short
  • Design and run A/B tests on product pages, navigation, and checkout flows to drive conversion improvements
  • Collaborate with leadership to scope and prioritize new site features, and lead their implementation
  • Support automated testing and QA processes for site changes
Requirements:
  • 3+ years managing product listings on an e-commerce platform (Shopify strongly preferred)
  • Hands-on Shopify experience: theme customization, app management, Liquid templating
  • Solid working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — you can write and debug code, not just read it
  • Experience with structured data imports for catalog management (CSV, bulk edit tools)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, or session recording platforms
  • Basic understanding of SEO best practices as they apply to product pages and site architecture
  • Comfortable using Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
  • Foundational understanding of NetSuite or a comparable ERP system
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

  • Experience with automated testing or QA workflows
  • AI tooling experience (e.g., using AI to accelerate content creation, categorization, or QA)
  • Web performance optimization experience
  • Familiarity with headless commerce or Shopify Plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $60,000–$70,000
  • 401(k)
  • Health, Vision, Dental & Life Insurance at reduced group rates
  • 10 Paid Vacation Days + 7 Paid Holidays
  • Relocation reimbursement available
  • Flexible work-from-home as needed
  • Half-day Fridays (remote) during our off-season, March–September

Why Greater Orlando?

  • Florida has no state income tax!
  • Year-round warm weather with proximity to Disney World, Universal, and SeaWorld
  • 90 minutes to either the Atlantic coast or the Gulf of Mexico
  • No snow — warm weather almost year-round
