byVINNIK is a size-inclusive, ethically manufactured luxury fashion brand based in Los Angeles. We design bold, theatrical garments using deadstock and premium textiles, with a focus on craftsmanship, body diversity, and sustainability. Our pieces have been worn by celebrities, featured in major publications, and selected by top stylists for red carpets, performances, and global campaigns.

We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations Associate to oversee the daily flow of products, inventory, and materials within our creative studio. This role is responsible for new product intake and order fulfilment. This role is vital to ensuring seamless backend operations, maintaining the showroom floor, supporting live and digital sales, and delivering an exceptional experience to customers and retail partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Warehouse, Showroom & Inventory Management

  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and workflow of the mezzanine-level warehouse and showroom floors

  • Ensure the showroom floor is consistently clean, visually merchandised, and on-brand

  • Track and manage finished goods, raw materials, trims, packaging supplies, and office inventory

  • Ensure one of each style/print in Suzanne’s size (or nearest equivalent) is always present on the showroom floor

  • Accurately pick, pack, and fulfill all online and showroom orders

  • Reset and reorganize inventory following pop-ups, events, fittings, photoshoots, and live sales

  • Execute errands and production-related tasks, including vendor coordination

  • Maintain and update website (Shopify) product listings, imagery, inventory, discount codes, and collections

  • Remove reserved or unavailable items from live listings in real time

  • Regularly audit digital inventory (Shopify and third-party platforms) against physical stock in both showroom and warehouse

  • Include costing data in product listings when available

  • Work with team to keep storage unit with fabric and materials organized by fabric type/color

Customer Service & Administrative Support

  • Respond to customer emails with professionalism, empathy, and promptness

  • Maintain CRM and inventory spreadsheets; assist with compiling reports and data

  • Support wholesale and PR processes, including order tracking and stylist pull management

  • Maintain accurate product listings on Shopify and third-party platforms (e.g., Faire, Wolf & Badger)

Marketing & Sales Support

  • Assist with live sales: manage order logging, monitor comments (“sheriffing”), and occasionally appear on camera

  • Design promotional assets in Canva for email, Adobe Suite, Google Suite, CRM, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other new emerging social media platforms

  • CRM: Draft and send text/email blasts for launches, restocks, sales, and events

  • Help maintain seasonal materials including lookbooks, line sheets, and internal marketing docs

Studio, Showroom, Photoshoot & Event Support

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom floor daily

  • Assist with visual merchandising and display setup

  • Support setup and teardown of events, pop-ups, and activations

  • Be present during events to assist with styling, customer service, and operational flow

  • Ensure showroom and mezzanine are clean, safe, organized and aesthetically to the brand standards rid of trash, debris and out of place gear and merchandise

  • Assist on photoshoots, including preparation, garment tracking, on-set support, and post-shoot organization

  • Work closely with the Senior Brand Operations & Showroom Manager and Creative Director on daily studio needs

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Experience with Shopify, Canva, Google Suite, CRM platforms, and email/SMS marketing tools

  • Excellent written communication and time management abilities

  • Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused

  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a two-level studio environment

  • Passion for ethical, size-inclusive fashion

  • Willingness to appear on camera for live sales or content when needed and in-person activations
