We’re looking for a highly organized, analytical, and proactive Ecommerce Specialist to support the growth and day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and other third-party marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of ecommerce operations, content, data, and execution. You’ll be responsible for keeping our marketplace presence accurate and up to date, supporting product launches, coordinating inventory and fulfillment, monitoring performance, and identifyingopportunities to improve the customer and business experience.
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Ecommerce Graphic Designer to develop visual content that supports product launches, marketplace listings, and ecommerce growth across channels including Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, and other platforms. This role is focused specifically on creating conversion-driven ecommerce content, from product listing images and infographics to A+ Content and product photography. The ideal candidate understands that ecommerce design is not just about making products look
good; it’s about communicating value quickly, building trust, and helping customers make a purchase decision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce Listing Design: Create high-quality product listing imagery for Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other ecommerce platforms, including hero images, secondary images, comparison charts, and lifestyle graphics.
  • Infographics & Product Education: Develop clear, engaging infographics that communicate product features, benefits, specifications, use cases, and key selling points.
  •  A+ Content: Design and build visual assets for Amazon A+ Content and other
    enhanced brand content experiences.
  • Product Photography: Photograph products for ecommerce use, including product-on-white, detail shots, lifestyle imagery, and product-in-use photography.
  • Photo Editing & Retouching: Retouch and optimize product photography, including background removal, color correction, image cleanup, compositing, and stock image editing.
  •  Product Launch Support: Partner with Ecommerce and Marketing teams to develop visual assets for new product launches and ensure all marketplace content is delivered on schedule.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistent visual identity, typography, photography style, and design standards across ecommerce channels and product lines.
  • Creative Optimization: Develop and refresh listing assets based on product
    performance, customer behavior, competitive research, and marketplace best
    practices.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, andCreative teams to translate product features and marketing objectives into effective visual content.
  • Asset Management: Maintain organized source files, templates, product photography, and final ecommerce assets for ongoing use.
Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on ecommerce, consumer products, or retail.
  • Ecommerce Experience: Experience creating Amazon listings, A+ Content, Walmart PDP assets, Shopify product imagery, or similar ecommerce content strongly preferred.
  • Design Skills: Strong understanding of composition, typography, hierarchy, color, and visual storytelling.
  • Photography: Experience with product photography, lighting, composition, and basic studio setup.
  • Photo Editing: Strong photo retouching and compositing skills, including experience editing product and stock photography.
  • Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop; experience with Figma is a strong plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across large product assortments.
  •  Communication: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate feedback into effective creative solutions.
  • Working Style: Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating ecommerce design, product imagery, infographics, and/or product photography.
