Packaging & Operations Associate

CSpring CPAP Innovations is seeking a full-time motivated, reliable, and highly organized Packaging & Operations Associate to join our rapidly growing small business in Roanoke, Virginia.

This is a hands-on position combining office administration, order fulfillment, packaging, shipping, inventory management, and customer support. As a small, growing company, we're looking for someone comfortable handling different responsibilities, solving problems, and working independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with durable medical equipment (DME), CPAP products, healthcare, or medical terminology is preferred but not necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Package and prepare customer, wholesale, and medical-provider orders
• Print shipping labels and coordinate outgoing shipments
• Receive, organize, and verify incoming inventory
• Monitor inventory levels and packaging supplies
• Maintain accurate order, shipping, and product records
• Inspect products and completed packages for accuracy and quality
• Respond to customer and vendor emails or phone calls as needed
• Assist with order processing, returns, replacements, and warranty requests
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient office and packaging area
• Help develop and improve fulfillment and office procedures
• Work directly with company leadership as responsibilities expand

Qualifications

• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using computers(apple software/computer), email, spreadsheets, and online order-management systems
• Able to learn new products, procedures, and software quickly
• Previous office management, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory, or packaging experience preferred
• DME, CPAP, healthcare, pharmacy, or medical-office experience is a strong plus
• Shopify or other e-commerce experience is also a plus
• Able to lift(16 pounds) and move packages and inventory as required

Position Details

• Location: Downtown; Roanoke, Virginia
• Position: Full-time
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, although special scheduling could be accommodated for the right candidate.
• Compensation: $20-25/hr
