Job description

ProSwag is a fast-growing custom apparel and promotional products company specializing in high-quality branded merchandise. Our warehouse is the backbone of our operation, supporting production, fulfillment, sales, and customer experience. We're looking for a highly organized, dependable Warehouse Associate to own and manage daily warehouse operations.
Position Overview
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for end-to-end warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, production support, reporting, and coordination with sales and production teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with technology, and the ability to manage priorities independently as the sole warehouse employee.
Key Responsibilities
Order Fulfillment & Production Support
  • Pick, pull, stage, and fulfill incoming orders for production and shipment
  • Fold, bag, label, and package completed orders according to specifications
  • Press patches onto hats following order details and branding standards
  • Sort, verify, and quality-check all outgoing orders prior to shipment
  • Take photos of completed and outgoing products for internal records or customer reference
  • Monitor order statuses and production due dates to ensure timely completion
Inventory Management
  • Count and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders
  • Reorganize, consolidate, and properly store inventory to maintain accurate locations
  • Restock speed cells and primary pick locations to support efficient workflow
  • Maintain and update a warehouse mapping and location system
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies
  • Ensure shipping, packaging, and production supplies are fully stocked and organized
  • Order warehouse supplies as needed
Warehouse Organization & Maintenance
  • Maintain overall warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety
  • Wipe down and sanitize shipping and packing tables regularly
  • Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on hat press machines
  • Monitor equipment condition and report maintenance or repair needs
  • Manage warehouse trash and disposal
Reporting & Systems
  • Place, edit, and manage Shopify orders upon request
  • Create, update, and maintain Shopify data and performance reports
  • Update internal status, fulfillment, and production reports
  • Create custom data and performance reports as requested
  • File outgoing orders based on fulfillment and production status
  • File and organize excess DTF print slips and production documentation
Coordination & Support
  • Coordinate customer pickups, including order verification and handoff
  • Assist sales staff with pulling, preparing, and organizing sample products
  • Coordinate personal deliveries with sales staff when needed
  • Support internal team requests related to order status, inventory, and logistics
  • Identify and implement workflow, layout, or organization improvements to increase efficiency
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Shopify or inventory systems is a plus
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and products as required
  • Strong accountability and ownership mindset
