About the role
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Delivery Manager – NetSuite Technical to lead our NetSuite development team, drive project delivery, and ensure high-quality solutions across integrations and customizations.
This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, and client-facing delivery management, with the ability to actively contribute to development when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Project Management
•    Own end-to-end delivery of NetSuite technical projects (customizations, integrations, enhancements).
•    Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
•    Manage multiple parallel engagements and priorities.
•    Act as primary escalation point for delivery-related issues.
Team Leadership & Mentorship
•    Lead and mentor a team of NetSuite developers and technical consultants.
•    Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
•    Guide team on architecture, solution design, and performance optimization.
•    Drive continuous improvement in development standards and delivery processes.
Technical (Hands-On) Responsibilities
•    Actively participate in development using:
  • SuiteScript (1.0 / 2.x)
  • SuiteTalk (SOAP/REST Web Services)
  • RESTlets, Suitelets
•    Design and implement complex integrations with third-party systems (e.g., Shopify, HRIS, Payroll systems, etc.).

•    Proven experience managing and leading technical teams.
•    Hands-on experience in system integrations and architecture design.

•    Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Preferred Qualifications
