Junior Data Analyst

The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry, as well as analyzing the processes

and systems of an organization in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They use data

and analytical tools to identify and solve problems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current operational processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Undertake administrative tasks related to data management, including meticulous data entry
  • Track progress and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards, visualizations, and other analytical tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Identify and implement process standardization and automation to reduce errors and improve consistency
  • Continuously evaluate and improve processes to ensure they remain efficient and effective over time.
  • Communicate with department managers and other stakeholders to gather information and provide updates
  • Prepare reports and presentations to share findings and recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Operations Management, or a related field
