Business Analyst Intern

Seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst Intern to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver data-driven recommendations that improve business performance. The role partners with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to translate business needs into clear specifications and ensure successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Elicit, document, and validate business requirements with business stakeholders.
  • Support translation requirements into functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and test cases.
  • Analyze business processes, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Create clear, persuasive PowerPoint presentations and decks for executives, stakeholders, and project teams; design visuals (charts, process flows, one-pagers) that convey findings and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and development/QA teams; manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain and prioritize product/backlog items with product owners or project managers.
  • Produce clear documentation: requirements, process flows, decision matrices, and status reports.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information into concise deliverables and presentations.
  • Ability to prioritize competing requests and manage time effectively.
