Our Exciting Opportunity: We are looking for a motivated Data Analyst Co-op who's eager to learn, build practical skills, and support our team in developing data-driven solutions. This role is hands-on with the Microsoft Power Platform, so you'll spend most of your time working with Power Bi, Power Automate, and Power Apps.

You'll also work with Excel regularly, including VBA and macro-based automation. You will do: Assist in building and maintaining dashboards/reports in Power Bi Support Workflow automation using Power Automate Help to design and enhance basic apps using Power Apps Work with large datasets to clean, transform, validate and prepare data Write VBA scripts and Excel macros to streamline manual tasks Perform Ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions You will bring: Basic understanding of data analysis concepts Proficient using Microsoft Power Platform Experienced in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables and data cleaning Exposure to VBA / Excel Macros Exposure to AI modeling and prompting Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to communicate findings clearly Nice-to-Have Skills: SQL / Basic database knowledge Power Query (M language) exposure Previous automation / scripting experience What You'll Gain: Hands-on experience with real Business data Practical skills in analytics, automation and low-code development Mentorship from experienced analysts and developers Opportunities to contribute to meaningful projects, often viewed by Leadership Teams Eligibility requirements: 2.7+ GPA or equivalent , Uploading an unofficial copy of your transcript Actively enrolled in an accredited undergraduate, master's, or PhD on a full-time basis at a four-year college or university at the time of the co-op Be available to work 40 hours per week Why join Ericsson.
