What is a shop job?

Shop jobs refer to positions within retail stores, workshops, or facilities where goods are sold or services are provided. These roles can include sales associates, cashiers, stock clerks, shop managers, and technicians, depending on the type of shop. Shop employees may assist customers, manage inventory, operate cash registers, and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. The specific duties vary based on the shop’s focus, such as clothing, electronics, groceries, or repair services.

What are some common challenges faced by shop workers and how can they effectively handle them?
