A key component of our customer service experience begins with the Shuttle Driver / Shop Help. The safe transportation of our customers to and from their home or place of business while their vehicle servicing needs, as well as helping with general maintenance around the dealership is a huge part of our team’s success. We are looking for somebody who is reliable, professional, has a clean driving record, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service - if this sounds like you, submit your application today!

Shift Details: Monday to Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm

Compensation: $17 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Drives customers to their homes or places of business and picks them up after their vehicle is repaired.

  • Maintains accurate route sheet.

  • Assists passengers getting in and out of vehicles if required.

  • Operates company cell phone to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service.

  • Notifies dispatcher or service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance.

  • Keeps record of trips including names of passengers, and destination or pick-up points.

  • General cleaning of the service department, shop, and other areas of the dealership.

  • Maintain a clean shuttle vehicle, fuel it up as required.

  • Deliver & pickup parts, vehicles, or other items as required.

  • Clean & prepare company rental vehicles.

  • Assist the Service Department with general duties as needed.

  • Help keep customer lounge organized and presentable.

  • Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

  • Other duties as required

Successful Candidates Possess:

  • Valid Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract
  • First Aid considered an asset
  • A professional appearance
  • Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
  • Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
