Job description

Our equipment group is currently looking to add a Wash Bay Attendant to our growing team, based in Blackfalds, AB.

Reporting to the Shop Supervisor, we are seeking a dedicated individual who can help us keep our heavy equipment and trucks clean, inside and out, and help keep the wash bay and shop running smoothly. If you show up every day, work hard, and pay attention to the little things, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Wash and detail heavy equipment and trucks, including cab interiors
  • Keep the wash bay clean, organized, and stocked, including dumping garbage and general upkeep
  • Run for parts and supplies as needed
  • Assist mechanics with general shop tasks when required
  • Support the shop team with other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance
  • Keen attention to detail and pride in the quality of your work
  • Willingness to work hard and take initiative
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods
  • Comfortable working around heavy equipment and trucks in a shop/wash bay environment
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license

Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous experience washing or detailing vehicles or heavy equipment
  • Experience operating heavy equipment is a bonus
  • Previous shop, automotive, or mechanical environment experience
