Dedicated to creating experiences our team members and guests are amazed by, the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park is looking for energetic, outgoing, retail loving, Retail Sales Associates. From creative displays, local artists, brand name outerwear and an Ice Cream & Confectionery, we are sure to have something to satisfy our guests after they have been thrilled on the Suspension Bridge, Treetops Adventure and Cliffwalk.  Our retail sales team engages with guests, shares product knowledge, ensures all store displays are replenished, operates our cash desks, serves ice cream and fudge, all while having a little fun!

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional customer service including providing product knowledge to our Guests,

Job Qualifications

  • You have 1-year of guest service or retail experience in a fast-paced environment
  • You have cashier experience with a POS system

  • You proactively seek new product knowledge to serve as an expert to our Guests
  • You have strong communications skills, multilingual is considered an asset

Considerations

The ideal candidate must be available to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time. While our retail store is an indoor environment, we're located within the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park so you may be working outdoors in all types of weather. Occasionally, you may be required to lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
The wage for this role is $18.50 to $19.50/hour depending on experience.
