Job Description

We are actively looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team in a Shop Helper role. This position will be an integral part of daily operations, tasked with a variety of activities ranging from general cleanup and shipping to saw cutting and waterjet operation. While this is an entry-level position, there is ample opportunity to progress for the right individual.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • General shop maintenance/cleanup (topping up coolant in the machine shop, recycling management, material organization).
  • Material preparation (operating saw/waterjet, deburring stock/parts).
  • Assistance in shipping/receiving and inventory management.
  • Lending an extra set of hands wherever needed on any given day.
