Part Time

$12.00 per hour

Availability Must Include Weekends and Evenings

POSITION SUMMARY

To provide high quality customer service to members under general supervision; perform assigned daily operational activities and duties relating to racquet sports.

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • HS Diploma, College degree or working towards graduation of either preferred.
  • Customer Service and retail experience in related fields is preferred.
  • English speaking and basic computer operations required.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a busy environment.
  • Possession of a valid Driverโ€™s License required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes excellent customer relations and ensures the highest quality of customer service to members.
  • Coordinates assigned activities and functions relating to operations in accordance with established company policies. These activities may include but are not limited to functions such as taking reservations, assigning play and other activities; assisting in the development and implementation of marketing programs.
  • Enforces all rules and regulations governing the use of the courts and campus.
  • Coordinates and performs specialized projects, programs or operational work as required.
  • Represent the club in daily operations, special events and professional activities at meetings associated with racquet sports or other club events.
  • May serve as liaison with other golf courses and member clubs

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS

  • Must be willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays. Must maintain a valid State Driverโ€™s License as a condition of employment.

TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Be able to work standing for long periods of time. Lift and move equipment more than 20 pounds. The ability to stoop, stand, walk and bend over long periods of time.
