Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Manufacturing Technician / Shop
Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude who
enjoys working with their hands, learning new skills, and contributing to a fast-paced
shop environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow in
a stable, small-company manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate drill presses and other shop equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform light assembly of temperature and pressure measuring devices
  • Manage inventory of case parts and related components
  • Assist machinists with setup, materials, and general shop support
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Perform general shop duties as needed to support operations
