The Club at 12 Oaks is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Golf Shop Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our members & guests, assist in golf shop operations, and support merchandise sales. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for golf and a desire to work in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

Experience Required:
Qualifications, Experience, and Skill Requirements:
  • Friendly and positive personality.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to pick up Northstar POS system quickly.
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of the game of golf is preferred.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Process customer reservations for members & guests of the golf course.
  • Provide customer service to arriving members & guests to expedite the check-in process.
  • Arrange and display golf shop inventory as necessary and directed.
  • Process green and cart fees, as well as other revenue, and process them in the POS system as trained.
  • Issue receipts for member & guest purchases.
  • Take messages for staff or guests.
  • Assist in packing and unpacking inventory and golf operations supplies.
  • Assist in the reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges at the end of the day.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
