Job Title: Retail Garden Shop Associate - Rose Specialist
We are looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic Retail Garden Shop Associate who specializes in roses to join our team. As a Rose Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sharing your expertise on all aspects of growing and caring for roses. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays. If you have a passion for roses and enjoy helping customers, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
  • Assist customers with selecting the right rose varieties, planting, and maintenance
  • Maintain and care for the rose inventory including watering, pruning, and fertilizing
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure availability of all necessary supplies and equipment
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store
  • Attend training sessions and stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in rose cultivation and care
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
