Body Shop Assistant / Business Development Representative (BDC)
Colonial Chevrolet – Acton, Massachusetts

Are you outgoing, organized, and passionate about working with people? Colonial Chevrolet in Acton is looking for a motivated Body Shop Assistant / Business Development Representative to join our team!

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer-service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Body Shop Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers throughout their entire body shop repair experience
  • Coordinate customer and vehicle logistics
  • Process billing, insurance supplements, customer payments, and other paperwork
  • Communicate with insurance companies to help move repairs toward completion
  • Ensure all required documentation is completed so payment can be received
  • Close and finalize all monthly repair orders
  • Help market and promote the Colonial Chevrolet Body Shop
  • Provide customers with professional, friendly, and timely service

Business Development Responsibilities:

  • Contact sales and service customers to schedule appointments
  • Call customers from recall, manifest, and equity-mining lists to generate business
  • Follow up with prospective and existing customers
  • Assist with additional duties assigned by the General Manager, Service Manager, Body Shop Manager, or Sales Managers

Position Details:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • Hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses
  • Opportunity to grow within a successful, established dealership
