Responsibilities:
- Assist with small repairs
- Assist with diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues
- Conduct inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment
- Assist with repair or replacement of faulty parts, components, or systems
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

- Knowledge on working on asphalt equipment( sealcoat, striping, crack seal, paving) a plus

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Desire to learn

- Clean and organize the yard and shop

- Assist with part ordering
