Shoot Smart - Fort Worth Area
Position Overview
  • Shoot Smart is seeking a Facilities Support Technician to assist with general maintenance operations across multiple indoor shooting range locations. This entry-level position supports facility upkeep, preventative maintenance activities, and basic repairs to help maintain safe and reliable operations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build hands-on experience in facilities maintenance while working across a variety of building systems and environments.

What You'll Do
  • Perform general facility maintenance and basic repairs across multiple locations.
  • Complete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections.
  • Assist with facility upkeep, cleaning, organization, and work area maintenance.
  • Respond to work orders and service requests as assigned.
  • Support repairs involving facility equipment, fixtures, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
  • Document completed work using the company CMMS system.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • May assist with:
  • Basic HVAC maintenance and filter replacement.
  • Minor plumbing repairs
    General mechanical repairs
    Grounds and facility upkeep
    Brass and lead reclamation support activities

What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of maintenance, construction, or related experience preferred.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Strong work ethic and reliability.
  • Ability to follow direction and complete assigned tasks independently.
