As a vital member of our in-house studio team, you'll provide essential on-set support, directly contributing to the seamless execution of high-volume shoots. What You'll Do
  • Handle all pre-production tasks, including steaming apparel and props, ensuring stylists have everything needed before a shoot begins.
* Style and prepare merchandise meticulously, adhering to established Style Guides and creative layouts.
* Actively participate in setting up and breaking down lifestyle sets, which includes moving and assembling furniture, painting sets, and managing props.
* Maintain an organized workspace, ensuring all merchandise, props, and tools are properly returned and re-organized post-shoot.
* Assist with general studio maintenance, cleanup, and upkeep between projects to ensure a pristine working environment.
* Collaborate effectively with Stylists, Art Coordinators, Inventory, Build, and Production teams to keep operations running smoothly.
* Work with urgency across multiple simultaneous projects to help the team consistently meet production timelines.
* Be comfortable working around animals on set.
* Some on-location work may be required.
What You'll Bring
  • 1+ year of experience in a photo studio, production, or styling environment.
* Comfortable working around animals.
* Highly flexible and genuinely available on a week-by-week schedule, adapting to production needs.
* Driven, organized, and a self-starter capable of jumping into projects on the fly with minimal direction.
* Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and comfortable with hands-on, labor-intensive set work.
* Strong communicator who thrives in a team environment and can keep pace with a fast-moving production floor.
* Eager to learn and interested in growing into styling or art direction over time.
