EVEREVE’s Returns Specialists complete the last step of the process; finalizing customer invoice. AKA Detail Gurus, Returns Specialists check and inspect all items returned from customer, verify customer check out is accurate and complete efficient turnaround of all Trendsend customer returns.

Role Expectations:

  • Detail Guru. Oversee and inspect the quality of the product returned from customer
  • Verify customer check out with items returned
  • Be consistently accurate. If an error occurs, use company resources provided as needed
  • Time management is vital for the success of this job. Display efficient work habits within the time scheduled. Prioritize tasks strategically and keep a strong, quick physical pace
  • Partner with warehouse team members to add value, collaborate, and solve problems
  • Confidently navigate and problem solve during the returns process and go-backs
  • Maintain a clean and stocked community workspace
  • Adaptable. Willingness to cross-train based on Trendsend needs
  • Act out our company’s H.E.A.R.T value’s day in and day out, as they encourage behaviors which result in continual progress and improvement

Requirements:
  • Availability to work a minimum of 8 hours per week with the possibility of up to 25 hours per week. The ideal candidate would work 3x 5-hour shifts per week
  • The Warehouse is open 7:00am-9:00pm Monday-Sunday (day/night/weekend shifts available)
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend and reach during shifts
  • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
  • Lift up to 40lbs
