Responsibilities can include assembling shoe parts, operating machinery, quality control, and packaging finished products. Depending on the role, workers may also handle materials like leather, rubber, and fabric. Jobs in a shoe factory can range from entry-level positions to specialized roles in design, cutting, or stitching. These positions require attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards.

To excel in a shoe factory role, you need strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and basic manufacturing knowledge, often achieved through on-the-job training or a high school diploma. Familiarity with industrial sewing machines, assembly line systems, and safety protocols is commonly required.
