Job description

Qualified individual should have three (3) years of supervisory experience in addition to Outside Machinist and/or Structural Welding/Fitting experience within a shipyard and/or construction setting. Must have the ability to trouble shoot on the job in addition to having a strong focus on quality, production, safety, and environmental aspects of work being performed. Also, must be able to communicate effectively and work well with other supervisors. General knowledge of marine vessel repairs and standard marine practices are required.
