- Develop detailed labor, material, and equipment estimates for assigned work scopes

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marine estimating, ship repair, or related field experience
- Strong understanding of shipyard operations, including structural, mechanical, and production processes
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand how systems are built, repaired, installed, and sequenced in a production environment
- Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
- Experience developing labor, material, and equipment estimates
- Familiarity with subcontractor coordination and bid processes
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with production teams, vendors, and leadership
