Job Duties & Responsibilities: Include the following, as well as other duties that may be assigned.

Assist Lead/operations manager in all functions of production to reach company defined objectives. Responsible for accomplishing daily production goals and moving to production areas as needed based on daily demand and staffing needs.

What You Will Be Doing:

ร˜ Able to step in to run all primary equipment in the department.

ร˜ Identify methods to reduce scrap and improve efficiencies.

ร˜ Use saws as needed to accurately cut product per drawing requirements.

ร˜ Communicate effectively with manager and other employees regarding problems, schedule, late orders, shortages, inspection, and completion of items (communicate and work with production scheduling to ensure workloads are within capacities).

ร˜ Work closely with other production departments to make sure daily material needs are met.

ร˜ Pack all units as they are assembled per production schedule.

ร˜ Print and label units with correct part number.

ร˜ Scan off jobs per company defined process.

ร˜ Identify methods to reduce scrap and improve efficiencies.

ร˜ Oversee final inspection of units to make sure they meet company defined requirements.
