Job Summary:
CID Attachments is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Team Member to join our inventory team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, operating forklifts safely, and ensuring materials are properly organized and available for production. This position plays a key role in supporting efficient operations while maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to safely load, unload, move, and store materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through inventory management systems and physical counts.
• Organize inventory and ensure materials are stored in designated locations for easy access.
• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production areas as needed.
• Perform routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Label and identify materials accurately to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability.
• Keep warehouse and inventory areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Follow all safety guidelines, including proper use of PPE and safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Communicate inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or receiving issues to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with team members to promote a productive work environment.
• Participate in daily meetings to review priorities, inventory needs, and operational goals.
Qualifications amp; Skills:
• Previous experience in inventory management, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred.
• Forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred or ability to become certified.
• Experience using inventory management software or ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
