Job Summary

As a Warehouse & Inventory Team Member, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory for our location. Your duties will include receiving and organizing materials, tracking stock levels, preparing and verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, and assisting with regular cycle counts and inventory audits. You will help keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient while supporting daily operations. In this role, you work closely with the warehouse lead and other team members to ensure materials are always available and inventory is accurate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with Garage Door Technicians and Installers to manage inventory on company vehicles
  • Monitoring inventory for any discrepancies that may indicate excessive product usage or theft
  • Reporting inventory statistics to management, and other leaders within the company
  • Assist installers and technicians with staging, assembly, and loading needs
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming products
  • Accurately stage, load, and secure customer doors and materials
  • Communicate with other departments about order changes, missing parts, and scheduling updates
  • Perform deliveries to nearby company locations safely and on time
  • Help load and unload company vehicles and trucks
  • Maintain warehouse safety, security, inventory control, and damage prevention
  • Support other departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred, but not required
  • Able to learn new systems quickly and follow digital processes accurately
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry materials (up to typical warehouse standards)
  • Basic understanding of inventory practices and warehouse organization
  • Comfortable using hand tools and warehouse equipment (or willing to learn)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
