Job description

We are seeking a dependable Shipping & Receiving professional to support daily warehouse operations and assist the Purchasing team. This role combines hands-on warehouse duties with light administrative responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  • Receive and verify incoming materials into the warehouse
  • Enter received items into the accounting system and scan documentation into project files
  • Monitor open purchase orders and confirm status updates
  • Assist Purchasing Manager with PO entry and ordering
  • Communicate shipping and receiving status with Managers and Sales
  • Load/Unload small shipments using a sit-down forklift
  • Enter shipment information into the accounting system

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Shipping & Receiving experience required
  • Forklift experience required
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Comfortable working in a non-air-conditioned shop environment
  • Valid driver's license and clean record required.
