The Shipping & Receiving Team Member I is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving, loading and unloading products, inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Success in this role requires attention to detail, reliability, and a strong commitment to teamwork.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain an organized warehouse environment to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and workplace safety.
  • Receive, stock, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to ensure shipment accuracy.
  • Pick and pull orders by identifying both numeric and alphanumeric part numbers.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or customer pickup according to established schedules.
  • Assist with loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Remove trash daily and transport it to the on-site dumpster.
  • Follow instructions and complete assignments as directed by supervisors.
  • Meet productivity goals while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision when required.
  • Contribute positively to a team-focused environment.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Manager.

No prior warehouse experience is required.

Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
