Shipping & Receiving Associate | Sparks, NV

Nexeo HR is hiring Shipping & Receiving Associates to join a dynamic data center logistics team in Sparks, NV (near USA Parkway). This role is ideal for individuals with strong experience in shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

•Receive and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy, quantity, damage, and documentation.

•Match packing slips and purchase orders with received goods; report discrepancies immediately.

•Accurately label and document received inventory for stocking or internal distribution.

•Prepare, package, and label outbound shipments according to customer, carrier, and international shipping requirements.

•Perform end-to-end processing of all incoming and outgoing materials.

•Route and stage inbound shipments properly for stocking, inspection, or delivery.

•Maintain documentation accuracy across all movement logs and inventory systems.

•Assist with unloading and loading freight, including team lifting.

•Operate pallet jacks and some material handling equipment (MHE).

•Create accurate Bills of Lading (BOL) and follow SOP documentation requirements.

•Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols.


Qualifications

•1–2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, inventory control, or data center logistics.

•Proficiency with EWM systems and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Slides.

•Strong verbal and written communication skills.

•Ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail.

•Open to cross-training and supporting other departments.

•Reliable transportation to Sparks, NV (near USA Parkway).

•Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

•Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening.

•High school diploma or GED.


Pay

$25.00 per hour


Schedule

Full-Time | Day Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
