Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting all Distribution Business customers, technicians, and other parts personnel in securing needed parts and supplies under moderate or direct supervision.

We are looking for a talented Service Parts Associate to join our Distribution business in North Las Vegas, NV.

100% Onsite

Will make an impact in the following ways:

Support customers, technicians, and internal teams by sourcing and securing required parts and supplies

Perform parts counter duties including answering calls, assisting walk-in customers, and processing orders and transactions

Handle order processing, invoicing, cash/credit transactions, and maintain accurate documentation

Support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations as needed

Utilize systems, catalogs, and tools to identify and source parts efficiently

Maintain strong customer relationships by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Identify opportunities to upsell related parts and services when appropriate

Support continuous improvement efforts within the parts and distribution function

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers, technicians, and internal teams by sourcing and securing required parts and supplies
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse functions
  • Manage parts counter operations, including phone inquiries, walk-in requests, and order processing
  • Accurately process transactions, including cash, credit, and invoicing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers by responding to needs promptly and effectively
  • Identify and source parts using internal systems, catalogs, and collaboration with technicians
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe parts counter and warehouse environment
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members as needed
  • Identify opportunities to promote additional parts and related services to customers
  • Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the parts department
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental policies and standards
Competencies:
  • Experience in parts, warehouse, automotive, or customer service environments preferred
  • Strong customer service and effective communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Proficient with computer systems and able to quickly learn new tools (ERP, Salesforce,Windchill, Quickserve parts catalogs, etc.)

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:
  • Intermediate industry-related experience required in parts, service, or warehouse operations
  • 3-5 years of warehouse experience preferred
  • Experience with purchasing and sourcing parts
  • Strong ability to identify and procure parts efficiently
  • Previous experience in automotive or heavy-duty parts sales, or a related mechanical field, is highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
