DISPATCHER / SHIPPING & RECEIVING CLERK
Baytown, TX

Pay Range: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Position Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
 
A leading logistics and warehouse operation in Baytown, TX is seeking a Dispatcher / Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support daily transportation and warehouse activities in a fast-paced environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
 • Check drivers in and out of the facility
 • Verify pickup and delivery information
 • Assign dock doors and communicate with warehouse personnel
 • Maintain schedules and appointment updates
 • Review Bills of Lading (BOLs) and shipping documents
 • Manage yard activities and trailer tracking
 • Print and organize shipping and receiving paperwork
 • Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and management
 • Assist in resolving shipping and receiving issues

Qualifications:
