Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. This role is responsible for receiving incoming shipments, preparing outgoing orders, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Prepare, package, label, and process outgoing shipments.
  • Verify quantities, shipping information, and documentation for accuracy.
  • Maintain organized inventory and shipping/receiving records.
  • Load and unload materials as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams regarding shipment status and inventory needs.
  • Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines.
  • Maintain a clean and organized shipping and receiving area.
  • Perform other logistics and warehouse-related duties as assigned.
