Job Summary

Shift Schedule A: 6:00 am - 4:30 pm (Monday - Thursday) 

Shift Schedule B: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00

Receives, verifies, and records incoming materials and supplies and performs a variety of routine clerical duties to support Warehouse operations.

 

Essential Job Functions *

  • Performs daily invoicing and tracking of customer orders, communicating between sales staff and customer service.
  • Records shipment details in the ‘Manual Receiving Log.’ and enters packing slip data into the computer.
  • Prepares and applies identification labels to goods.
  • Generates and prints work orders for raw goods.
  • Reviews and reconciles daily receipts.
  • Creates and maintains necessary reports, spreadsheets, files and correspondence, including Argent software.
  • Handles the overflow from the receiving operation and the production reporting process.
  • Uses knowledge and experience to resolve basic problems. Reports complex problems to Supervisor.
